Project Support Coordinator (Austin, TX)

Job Description

The Wi-Fi Alliance is seeking a project support coordinator to manage membership technical inquiries and provide general support and coordination to program management team for industry-driving trade association.

 Reports to Senior Operations Manager.

 Duties

  • Provide exemplary customer service and support to Wi-Fi Alliance members and staff.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, to resolve and respond to member inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Defines, documents and manages smaller-scale projects with minimal supervision, working with multiple teams that may have differing priorities and working/cultural practices.
  • Provide project management support on an as-needed basis for various projects.
  • Provide task-level coordination for various projects.
  • Ensure that relevant documentation is completed correctly and provide general administrative oversight for projects and pieces of work.
  • Work with internal/external functional teams in order to gather and document requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and manage conflicting tasks and adjust priorities
  • Ensures key stakeholder engagement in all initiatives and collaborates across the business to get things done.
  • Other duties as required.

 Experience

  • 2 to 4 years membership, customer service and/or technical support experience
  • At least 2 years in project management or project support role

  • Bachelor’s degree
