Wi-Fi Certification assures tested and proven interoperability among Wi-Fi devices. This certification gives users confidence that Wi-Fi products bearing the Wi-Fi CERTIFIED™ logo have passed rigorous interoperability certification requirements.
 
The following independent laboratories are accredited to perform certification testing for Wi-Fi Alliance members.
 
Allion Labs, Inc.  (Taiwan)
Allion Test Labs, Inc. is the world's leading test lab for certification programs in PC, mobile/wireless space and Consumer Electronics. Currently, Allion Test Labs manages such key industry programs as WHQL, USB, ExpressCard, SATA, DLNA, and several digital home standards programs. Allion Test Labs is also a full service outsource quality assurance testing facility.
 
AT4 wireless (Spain)
AT4 wireless is a global supplier of Testing and Compliance services for wired and wireless technologies, such as WiMAX, Bluetooth, WLAN, RFID, GSM, GPRS, EDGE and WCDMA. AT4 wireless provides conformance and regulatory testing, international compliance services, test systems for radio frequency, protocols and interoperability, training and consultancy in wireless technologies.

Shenzhen Institute of Telecommunications (SIT) (China)
The Shenzhen Institute of Telecommunications is a leading high-tech, objective and independent third-part test institute.SIT offers one-stop testing and consultation services, including EMC, SAR, OTA, Wi-Fi, Safety, Bluetooth, RF function, audio performance, environment and reliability of battery and charger. We have accredited by CNAS, DAKKS, and CTIA. As a professional certification lab, they persist in "focus on customers” and provide authoritative, quality and convenient services.
 
The State Radio_monitoring_center Testing Center (SRTC) is a global testing and calibration laboratory. They have 13 domestic and foreign authority certifications and qualification accreditations that provide a variety of testing services in according with China Type Approval (CTA), CCC, FCC, CE, IC, GCF&PTCRB, CCF, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and Japan Technical Conformity. SRTC has a first-class testing environment, equipment, scientific quality management system, professional technicians and excellent technical capabilities. Its technical capabilities cover the technical area of RF, Protocol, EMS, Electrical Safety, electromagnetic exposure, RoHS, Information Safety, SAR calibration etc., which offers one-stop domestic and international testing and certification services.
 
TA Technology  (China)
TA Technology (Shanghai) Co, Ltd. is a global certification and test service provider in Shanghai, China, specializing in communications product testing. TA was founded in 2002, and became a Wi-Fi Alliance Authorized Test Laboratory in August, 2008. In addition to supporting Wi-Fi testing, TA is an authorized test lab for CTIA (Cellular Telecommunication and Internet Association) and has received CNAS accreditation. TA also offers SAR and EMC testing for communication products and can make the corresponding CE/ FCC/ DGT certification reports for SAR. TA continues to improve its technological capability and co-operates with other laboratories in areas such as data comparison, technical seminars, etc. As a global third-party certification and test provider, TA upholds the principles of scientific rigor and fairness to offer best services in international & national consulting, testing, and customer support.
 
Telecommunication Metrology Station (TMC)  (China)
China National Telecommunication Metrology Station is a leading high-tech research and test laboratory-providing open services on products inspection, verification and technical assessment as well as testing instrument metrology. The accredited test scope of it covers various telecommunication products including all kinds of telecommunication terminals, accessing equipment, transmission equipment, exchange equipment, IP network equipment, and telecommunication measuring instruments, etc. China National Telecommunication Metrology Station also plays an important role in standardization organizations worldwide contributing a large number of telecommunication product standards, metrology standards and test specifications.
 
Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA)  (Korea)
TTA is an information technology (IT) standards organization that provides one-stop services for the establishment of IT standards and provides testing and certification for IT products. TTA's scope of standardization includes the fields of telecommunications, IT, radio communication and broadcasting. To date, TTA has established approximately 2,000 standards. The testing and certification services cover the full suite of international and domestic standards and encompass a wide range of products related to the telecommunication industries such as digital broadcasting and mobile communication equipment and terminals as well as computer networking hardware and software.

Pre-Certification Test Lab

Our pre-certification program is a way for members to increase their probability of successful certification testing. Members may use this program at many of the authorized certifications test labs. However, there is also an organization that does not test products for Wi-Fi certification, but is sanctioned by the Wi-Fi Alliance to perform pre-certification services. 
 
UNH InterOperability Laboratory (UNH-IOL)  (USA)
The University of New Hampshire InterOperability Laboratory (UNH-IOL) provides vendor-neutral third-party testing that helps technology companies bring more interoperable products to market, faster and at a lower cost less expensively than they could by themselves. The UNH-IOL is the only non-profit test lab in the world dedicated to improving interoperability between networking devices and technologies. Since 1988, the UNH-IOL has utilized its unique partnership between academia and industry to bring together equipment manufacturers, standards bodies, and researchers to improve the state of interoperability within the industry while providing invaluable experience for future engineers. The lab has evolved into one of the computer networking industry's premier proving grounds for a wide range of developing technologies.
