Software Engineering Intern (Santa Clara, CA)

Wi-Fi Alliance seeks an energetic Software Engineering intern to work alongside Wi-Fi Allaince software engineers in testing, implementing, analyzing and deploying features for our automated continuous intergration system. Our cloud-based system builds, tests and releases a suite of Wi-Fi Alliance software packages.
Core Responsibilities
Working in a complex team environment, program manage the next generation of Wireless Communications development:
- Develop test tools and test scripts
- Develop simulator to automate regression testing for Wi-Fi Test Suite
- Debug failures and fix issues
- Integrate certifcation programs with Jenkins regression testing
Experience
Experience with Jenkins or other automation servers
Experience with Software and Test Engineering
Experience with Perl and Python scripting
Capable of learning other scripting languages quickly
Experience with C or C++ programing language
Experience with Software configuration management tools (e.g. Git)
Skills and Behaviors
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Education
HS Diploma or equivalent
Pursuing a BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Software Engineering
