The direct link to the specification is: https://www.wi-fi.org/file/neighbor-awareness-networking-technical-specification-v10. Wi-Fi Alliance does not provide software libraries. Developers should engage the relevant platform vendor or work with a developer network to determine when the APIs to access Wi-Fi Aware are expected.
