Cancellation and Postponement Policy
Cancellation policy
Test canceling must be stated at least one day before the scheduled test date (no fees occur.) If test canceling happens after test begins, the relative fee for completed tests has to be paid before taking back test samples.
Rescheduling policy
Rescheduling is also permitted. If a reschedule is needed, it must be stated at least one day prior to testing. Lab will adjust the time table according to the reschedule requirements of customer. Rescheduling is not permitted after test begins.
Doubt resolution
If customer has any doubt about test results, engineer will make a detailed technical explanation and show the customer all log files relative to test until customer is satisfied.
